Features and Benefits

Convenient Schedules
Classes meet one session per week for four hours. Classes meet the same day/night for the duration of a particular curriculum. Students should anticipate investing approximately 15-20 hours outside the classroom each week in preparation for class, including the learning team meeting.

Learning Teams
Learning teams are comprised of three to five individuals and are required to meet weekly for four hours to prepare for the upcoming session and/or to focus on a particular team assignment or project which is incorporated into final grades. Through the combined efforts of the group, more material is covered and the learning process is enhanced.

Class Size
Enrollment is limited to career-minded, committed men and women with a minimum of two years full-time work experience. Cohort groups of between 16 and 25 students meet as a unit for the duration of a
particular curriculum.

Applied Project
The bachelor's degree component includes a research project that is to be based on a particular problem or issue related to the workplace. The solution to a problem will be sought out, and a final written and oral report will be made regarding implementation of an action plan or strategy.

Faculty
Classes are taught by qualified faculty from the metro Atlanta area and the Rome campus. Faculty are expected to become familiar with adult learning strategies and to incorporate learning in the classroom with the application of theory to real-world experiences.
